The machines we use in our facility have an efficiency ranging from 120 pcs/h to 400 pcs/h depending on the size of the detail.

We adjust the machine configuration to the customer’s needs.

Flocking Chambers

These chambers reduce dust by 90% and increase efficiency. We build them to individual order. The efficiency of a two-station chamber was 250 details per shift.

We build single-station chambers with manual drive (as in the video), two- and three-station chambers – with electric drive and smooth speed regulation and a flocking timer.

Chambers for applying applications and flocking small items

Chambers used in the production of baubles, Christmas tree decorations, occasional postcards, business cards and invitations, as well as covering 3D printed objects (masking traces of material paths).
