FLOCKING
Flocking, also called sueding of objects, involves electrostatically applying small polyamide or viscose fibers to the surfaces of various elements.
Flocking in our facility
Flocking small elements on a carousel machine, the dimensions of which can be entered into a cylinder with a diameter of 120 mm and a length of 160 mm.
We accept orders for mass production in batches of over 5,000 pieces of one color.
Capacity ranges from 1000pcs – 4000pcs/shift

Flocking of boards and countertops
The production line we have allows flocking objects with dimensions of 1.5 by 2 meters and a height of 20 centimeters. The largest element we flocked had the shape of an ellipse, measuring 1.6 m by 2.2 m and was coated on both sides.
We cover slabs, countertops and thermoformed elements.

Over the years, thanks to the continuous acquisition of knowledge and experience, we have managed not only to improve our skills, but also to design original solutions that allow for the development and improvement of the technologies used. Our company, although benefiting from many years of experience, constantly combines tradition with modernity, weaving youth, creativity and innovative technologies into its activities to meet the expectations of the most demanding customers.
Since 1985, we have also been active in the production of injection molds and tools, and since 1994 we have been developing in the plastics processing industry. These additional years of experience allow us to take a comprehensive approach to project implementation, from design to final production. Thanks to this, our company has become known for combining artistic values with functionality, creating unique products that are used in many industries – from cosmetics, through jewelry, to packaging. Our long history of cooperation with various clients has resulted in a rich portfolio of projects, which proves our flexibility and openness to new challenges and solutions.
